[NukeNet] Nukes and Jobs Info request

Hi All:

I heard only the last minute of a live radio broadcast where some guy 
was talking about a local job production index report, where he said 
that nuclear power and the 2nd worst listing in the report.  He said 
something about some kind of "NACE" study that put nuclear just ahead of 
the production of missiles for the production of local jobs.  I don't 
know what that acronym means or what its spelling is, but the idea that 
nuclear power is the 2nd worst in local job production is a very 
interesting arena that would be nice to have more on this statistic or 
the report.

Anybody ever hear of this or know anything more about it?
