[NukeNet] Post-earthquake Kashiwazaki-Kariwa nuclear power plant

A leaflet about the situation at the Kashiwazaki-Kariwa nuclear power 
plant after the Chuetsu-Oki earthquake has been translated into English 
and published in the latest edition of Nuke Info Tokyo. The leaflet was 
produced by the Group of Concerned Scientists and Engineers Calling for 
the Closure of the Kashiwazaki-Kariwa Nuclear Power Plant.

The printed version will not reach readers for a couple of weeks, but
